This includes (but is not limited to):

Children under the age of 11 (Public Health England does not recommend face coverings for children under the age of 3 for health and safety reasons)
-
People who cannot put on, wear or remove a face covering because of a physical or mental illness or impairment, or disability
-
Where the putting on, wearing or removing a face covering will cause severe distress
-
Instances where people are speaking to or aiding someone who relies on lip reading, clear sound or facial expressions to communicate
-

At Guru Nanak Darbar Gurdwara, we will strongly encourage all attendees to wear face coverings in all areas apart from the Langar Hall (Communal Dining Hall)
The latest guidance continues to stress the importance of regular lateral flow testing which can be obtained from the gov.uk website or from your local council offices.
As you are aware the situation changes rapidly, and I will endeavour to provide you with any updates and information in a timely fashion.
