The Anand4Life course is a Sikh Marriage course run by Khalsa Foundation sevadaar Bhai Vijay Singh aimed at helping you achieve Anand for Life.

 

This is a course open to all Sikhs for those who are Amritdhari and also for those who are not.

 

We know from experience that face to face workshops have the highest impact as the interaction that takes place between the workshop hosts and all the participants comes alive; the dialogue and conversations are rich and very personal.

 

It’s useful to those that are getting married, newly married or been married for 10 years or less.
